COMBAT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) FOR AIR DEFENCE WEAPON SYSTEM

Nova Integrated Systems Limited (NISL), a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Advanced Systems Limited, designed, developed and supplied the CMS to DRDO for use in an air defence weapon system of Indian Air Force. As part of development order, NISL has already supplied a full configuration prototype and a final production model to DRDO after rigorous testing. NISL also completed all qualification tests for this system.


Role of CMS
CMS is the command and control centre of an AD Weapon System. It facilitates engagement planning / control in a multi threat scenario.
