Tata Advanced Systems has built strong capabilities in the field of UAVs / RPAs right from the indigenous design and development of major sub-systems such as airframes and autopilots to creating in-house Ground Control Station software. Integration of various complex payloads is another critical area, where our capability is proven and we offer integrated UAV/RPA solutions for all emerging requirements such as high resolution still camera, LIDAR, multispectral payloads etc. Tata Advanced Systems successfully developed a range of fully autonomous man-portable, field deployable small UAVs, which can deliver unprecedented situational awareness to our combat soldiers. Day and night surveillance, target tracking, relay functionality, etc. are some of the features also available. With our strong focus on customised solutions, our indigenously designed Auto Pilot and Mission control software allow customer-specific payload integration and customised user interfaces.
