With missile & missile systems as one of the key strategic areas, Tata Advanced Systems has been delivering missile systems & parts for Indian defence requirements as well as global missile OEMs as part of their global supply chain.

Tata Advanced Systems has entered into a contract with a US OEM (which is globally one of the largest missile manufacturers) to become one of their key partners for electronic sub-systems in the global supply chain of a guided missile
A dedicated production facility/ Export Oriented Unit (EOU) has been established to undertake the missile sub-system production in India for export to US (and international markets via OEM)
Another example of how Tata Advanced Systems is contributing to the progressive implementation of the ‘Make in India’ initiative to address multiple objectives of the government, such as value addition, employment, and control over key technologies.
Also, Tata Advanced Systems has successfully delivered inflight subsystems of ‘Long Range Surface to Air Missile’ (LRSAM) program to Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL). Standing true to its vision, Tata Advanced Systems has earned a recommendation by DRDL as the supplier of choice for these LRSAM subsystems after delivering limited series production orders.
